What does in-person registration include?

Both general admission and registration for members and students include:

• Access to all oral presentations and the poster session on 19 and 20 November at the CaixaForum Barcelona Auditorium.
• One copy of the proceedings of the 18th Technical Meeting.
• The opportunity to take part in the technical visit to the rock art site of La Roca dels Moros, scheduled for 21 November, subject to prior registration.

Places for the technical visit are limited and applications will be processed in order of registration until full capacity is reached. If all places are filled, registered participants will be informed as far in advance as possible.

What does online registration include?

• Live online access to all presentations on 19 and 20 November.
• Access to the proceedings in digital format.

Registration process

To register for the Technical Meeting, simply complete the form and pay by bank card. CRAC members, students and members of ACRE, AMC and AEM must attach a photograph or copy of the relevant supporting document. The information provided will be verified before access to the conference is confirmed.

Once registration and payment have been completed, you will receive an email within 24 to 72 hours confirming your registration and providing practical information about the Technical Meeting.

Please see our cancellation and refund policy: a 100% refund is available up to 60 days before the conference, a 50% refund between 59 and 30 days before the conference, and no refund from 29 days before the conference onwards.
